- All orders placed through our website are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are usually processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
- During high demand periods—such as holidays, sales events, or new product launches—processing times may be extended.
- If there is any delay or issue with your order, we will notify you by email promptly. Our team works diligently to pick, pack, and ship your items as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (Estimated 3–7 business days): Cost-effective delivery via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and package size.
- Expedited Shipping (Estimated 2–3 business days): Faster delivery for customers requiring quicker turnaround.
- Overnight/Next Day Shipping (1 business day): For urgent orders placed before 2:00 PM CST to qualify for same-day shipping.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our facility, actual delivery times may vary due to carrier policies, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs depend on several factors:
- Delivery address
- Package size and weight
- Chosen shipping method
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your order. We strive to offer competitive rates by partnering with trusted carriers.
We may also offer Free Standard Shipping promotions on qualifying orders (e.g., orders over $75), which will be automatically applied at checkout when available.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states
- U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses for military personnel via USPS
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are exploring options to expand our delivery network in the future.

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you created an account during checkout, you can also view tracking details through your account dashboard.
Tracking information is usually available within 24 hours of shipment. If your tracking number does not update or shows no movement after several days, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
